i have an rx580 8gb that has a lot of stuttering issues in games. i use the newest version of adrenalin but im suspecting that the stuttering issue is caused by how it downclocks itself while its not being used but it does it in games as well. theres no option completely eliminate that happening on the actual drivers.

82C is outside the normal range, it falls within the Abbey Normal zone. 2) Your manual frequency settings are already an adjustment on their own, yet fans remain at the default setting. The PC should update and set fans to 100% at 60C, with frequency on auto.

You can perform a "ULPS" verification if dual GPUs are present in the Registry and reset all 1s to 0s. Each time drivers are updated, this process restarts. It functions as a low-usage sleep state for the secondary GPU.

temperature readings seem high in games even when everything runs at full capacity. you've set a custom fan curve on your MSI afterburner, and with the task manager tracking disk usage, you're seeing stutters when exploring new areas. your drive is a SATA SSD with SATA 3.0, which is normal. the issue might be related to recent changes or a temporary glitch, but it hasn't happened before. it could be a sign of something underlying, though it might just be a coincidence.

I also overlooked mentioning that I configured a custom state, which was operating at higher frequencies on lower states. It seems to be relatively stable on the GPU, though I’m still unsure about the SSD issue.

You have photo proof of a 82C system, but it isn't running at 65C under full load. Without removing the OC, I can't further diagnose the GPU issues. Factors increasing drive usage include Windows Indexing (service can be turned off), Windows Search (service can be disabled), and Pagefile—strongly consider disabling it, as it creates a slower access point that risks memory corruption and crashes an SSD. Sleep and hibernate settings remain functional locally for files and context.
