Hey everyone! My partner has a Gigabyte RX570 Gaming with the 1.0 revision. After installing a new PSU, I observed the GPU clocking at below 1GHz on the gaming settings, and its 3D Mark score was lower than expected—even worse in the OC mode. The power consumption stays under 90W in its default setup, but only when adjusting Radeon settings to boost it by 50% did the GPU approach its intended speed. I haven’t noticed any overheating problems. Both DDU and a BIOS reflash with the right firmware didn’t help. Here are the specs: Intel Core i7-4790, 16GB DDR3 at 1600MHz, Gigabyte RX570 Gaming (rev 1.0), Asus Z97 Pro, and Corsair TX650M. Appreciate any tips you can offer!

Run the Heaven benchmark with maximum settings first, just to check for any differences. 3D mark may occasionally behave unpredictably.

After restarting the system and adding Heaven, the GPU performed at the expected 1244mhz on the Gamer setting, though with some fluctuations. However, when using the OC profile, its performance fell below 1GHz—something quite unusual.
