Hi fellas, I recently upgraded my GPU from an RTX 3060 Ti to a Sapphire Radeon RX 9060 XT Nitro+. With the same system and usage, the RTX 3060 Ti remained completely stable no stuttering, no FPS drops, and no issues while multitasking After switching to the RX 9060 XT, I began experiencing microstutters, FPS fluctuations, and a general loss of smoothness, particularly during multitasking. Performance looks fine on some aspects, but the in-game experience is noticeably worse compared to my previous GPU. I am running dual 1080p monitors, XMP is enabled, and all components are running at stock settings I also experienced a black screen crash about 1 week ago. There were no meaningful errors in the Windows Event Viewer. After rebooting, AMD Adrenalin displayed a message indicating that a problem was detected with the GPU and the settings were reset. At this point, I am trying to determine whether this is a driver-related issue or a potential hardware fault, or other things I should do. I don't know. OS: Windows 11 Pro CPU: Intel i5-12400F (Cougar Aqua 240mm AIO) GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 9060 XT Nitro+ Driver: AMD Adrenalin 25.12.1 Motherboard: Gigabyte B660M DS3H BIOS Version: F36 RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 32GB (2×16GB) 3600 MHz PSU: GEX850 850W 80+ Gold Storage: Crucial P5 2TB NVMe M.2 (OS drive + Main Storage) Display Setup: Dual 1080p monitors, one of them 75Hz other 144Hz Overclocking: None

Others have resolved the issue by turning on "Above 4G Decoding" and "Re-size BAR" in your BIOS. You could also attempt a fresh driver installation to test the outcome.

Rebar and higher 4G models aren't the default mobile option is really bad.

A common concern is whether you should reinstall Windows after upgrading your CPU. It can be challenging, but clearing the boot drive and starting fresh is often advised, particularly when switching from an Nvidia to an AMD GPU (or vice versa). Others suggest ensuring ReBAR is enabled, using DDU, and reinstalling drivers might help. If problems persist, consider that a full Windows reinstall is an alternative option.

It's a bit late, sorry. I performed "Above 4G Decoding" and "Re-size BAR," and everything functions properly. Thank you.
