So basically I received my RX 6700 XT from my uncle. He said it wouldn’t work after a bit of troubleshooting, but he didn’t really need it, so he handed it over to me. The main issue is that there’s no display at all—when I plug in the HDMI cable, the screen turns completely black and shows an “no input” message with no LEDs indicating errors. Fans are spinning, but nothing appears. I’ve replaced it with my own PowerColor RX 6600, which works perfectly. Your setup includes: CPU i5 10400F, motherboard Z490 A Pro, 16GB RAM, and a CV550 Corsair PSU (though it’s considered weak for the graphics card).

Your power source lacks sufficient wattage, which might explain why it doesn’t work properly. Once connected, does it launch Windows and produce an audio cue, yet there’s no screen visibility?

Your device should feature a dual BIOS switch. Test switching it to the alternative BIOS to determine if that resolves the issue. The adjustment is a small lever close to the power connectors. Good luck!

It's possible your RX6700 XT Swift 309 isn't functioning properly if you're connecting it with just a single PCIe E cable.
