Rx 580 Bios

I have a Sapphire Pulse RX 580 8GB PC edition that needs a new BIOS flash. The process isn’t going well—I contacted AMD, who sent me a card with a mining BIOS (thank you, great support!) but refused to fix it without payment, making the shipping fee a hassle. When using the Windows tool, it keeps rejecting the flash. I’ve tried many BIOS options and am frustrated by the lost performance. I’d appreciate some guidance or help.

Consider using GPU-Z together with the BIOS collection from TPU.

I've used AMD's built-in flash utility before, but it always triggers an error. It claims the BIOS doesn't align properly, even though it's the genuine system firmware.
