Hey everyone, I've been gaming a lot lately—Cyberpunk 2077, CS2, The Witcher, etc. Nothing crashes except Valorant. In-game, pressing Alt + R opens the AMD overlay but causes it to freeze and driver times out. My specs are: Ryzen 5 5500, 2 x 8GB 3200MHz G.Skill Aegis B550 A Pro, 650W quiet. Thanks!

So every other game except for Valorant can have the overlay open without a driver timeout? Are you on the latest available driver?

Did you reinstall the AMD chipset? When you perform a full driver update, it can remove your chipset entirely!

Occasionally, Valorant doesn't support overlays. Avoid using them.

It seems the issue is with Valorant, possibly due to AMD. Look into the Valorant support forums to find similar problems and solutions.
