No Man's Sky_2022.03.24-23.42_clip_2_clip_1_clip_1.mp4 Psu Gigabyte 650w 80plus bronze Mother Gigabyte x470 aorus gaming 5 wifi. Ryzen 2700 Rx 5700 ssd gigabyte 250gb hdd WD blue 1tb. ram adata xpg d41 3000mhz. No Mans Sky resides in the ssd. Here is latencymon testing No Man's Sky where performance matches typical gaming, with GPU usage dropping to nearly zero. I reinstalled Windows, updated BIOS to F40, upgraded chipset. I created an OC in Ryzen Master and it functions properly. However, during gameplay it reverts to 2800mhz, which is below the CPU's standard speed. Furmark and here latencymon with Furmark. This is the method I used to achieve the desired settings, as shown on the hardware monitor and M.S.I. Afterburner. When running Furmark, it consistently hits 2800mhz during gameplay. This video is a result. No Man's Sky_2022.03.24-23.42_clip_2_clip_1_clip_1.mp4

I recommend upgrading to a new PSU with the GPU as the CPU. This setup will demand more than 650W during peak usage, so it could save energy and improve performance. Please check the power draw during testing if you'd like.

Consider updating the driver possibly.

the cpu has a maximum power delivery of 95, the gpu reaches around 195, which is actually less than 300. the issue seems to be that the gpu isn’t knowing when to operate. I adjusted months ago to increase the cpu’s power limit to something like 3400, but I’m not sure how. It might be related to the drivers for this gpu.

Check the newest firmware for your SSD. Ensure it supports Windows 10 or 11. Verify performance under load and temperature conditions.

I don't have access to your current firmware version. Could you please check the documentation or settings for your device?
