Rust server w/admins

I'm really tired of the hackers now. I don't mind getting raided and killed—it's part of the game—but I got raided on Christmas Day and managed to kill with my own flame turret. That means they blew a hole above the TC, dodged three auto turrets that couldn't reach that spot from above, and wiped themselves out. So ESP hacking basically... Anyone play servers with active admins? I'm planning to set up my own servers soon and hire admins because I'm just fed up with the hackers.

I haven't played RUST for a long time, but when I did, I only played community run vanilla servers—the mods were great.
Searching around will get you through it.

Based on my previous message, a group of Swedish friends purchased a server and appointed me as admin. Unfortunately, we're not seeing much traffic, but I'm improving at being an admin, getting familiar with server-side operations and revisiting coding concepts.

unfortunately the server has stopped working, the owner got upset after I mentioned bullying new players, which led to me being banned and everyone leaving.

Why would you treat new players badly? Bullying is really a terrible thing to do.
