There’s likely more activity happening in the background. 200MB isn’t just 95% of 2GB either; 2GB isn’t enough for Win 10. Upgrade to at least 4GB or switch to Windows 8—or something similar. Anything that uses less memory would help, since some background tasks can slow things down.
