You're noticing many Windows 10 services running (like yourphone.exe, cortana.exe, calc.exe) that are consuming memory. Are they running and active? Do you actually need them? I can run a scan with Malwarebytes, then help you disable any unnecessary ones.

After launching Windows, I opened Task Manager immediately and saw no updates, with the idle usage at 19.4GB.

Without Bitdefender installed, you’ll likely need a complete malwarebytes check. Just click on the PC and select “Full Scan” – it should take a while, around an hour or more. That’s probably the best way to go.

Did you select "this pc" and choose scan? It seems the process is taking longer than expected. There appears to be significant space usage on your hard drives.
