Sure, you can create a fresh VM after the original one fails. Just set up a new instance and use the same product code—this way it will appear as a new machine to the system.

I think you should be fine, but to be honest I've never tried. Anyway since it's a VM you can backup the files and if someday your PC crash, you just need to copy the files back and open the VM in VMWare Player.

With a Microsoft account, you have the flexibility to relocate the Windows license. Alternatively, you can avoid registration and use it without cost.

It's designed for Edge developers and is available to everyone. The guide even recommends capturing a snapshot of your VM setup to bypass the 90-day restriction.
