Turn off HP Print Scan Doctor. It appears the printer must have a port that remains active during operation.

Verify the Task Scheduler for this task and simply turn it off, since it may not exist there—it could indicate a service issue. P.S., it might also be located in another folder within the Task Scheduler.

Thanks for sharing the details. The file is listed under that ID, but it doesn’t have a visible option to hide or delete it directly. You might need to review the video itself or use another method to manage its visibility.
