Hello everyone! Over the past five months, I've encountered problems in all Unreal Engine games using my Ryzen 5 5600G. You can watch the issues in this video: link to YouTube. My setup details are: CPU – Ryzen 5 5600G, MOBO – Asus TUF B450M-Pro, RAM – 16GB G.Skill, Ripjaws 3600MHz CL18 (2x8, dual-channel), GPU – MSI RTX 3060, 12GB SSD, Crucial P2 500GB NVMe.

I've tried several troubleshooting steps without success:
1) Clearing DirectX cache
2) Reinstalling games in a different folder and checking for corruption
3) Running SFC scannow via Windows Terminal
4) DISM repair command in Windows Terminal
5) Installing chipset drivers
6) Disabling RAM D.O.C.P. profile
7) Switching to integrated graphics initially, then upgraded to Nvidia card
8) Clearing video drivers using DDU in Safe Mode
9) Repairing Microsoft Visual C++ Redist for 86x and 64x
10) Running games in compatibility mode with admin rights
11) Changing game APIs (Vulkan, DirectX 11, 12)
12) Reinstalling Windows 13
13) Disabling PSU power for 10 minutes before restarting
14) Resetting UEFI settings to defaults (via BIOS, not battery removal)

The issue started after building the rig. Initially, everything worked perfectly in Unreal Engine games, but problems appeared later. No other titles are affected, and video playback in DaVinci Resolve 18 is unaffected—only UE games show glitches. The only solution that helps is disabling processes #4 and #5 in Task Manager using the affinity option. I also found a Reddit user with a similar setup (Ryzen 9 5900X, Asus ROG STRIX x570-e) who used the same approach. Adjusting affinity helped them too.

Because it doesn't align with expectations.
