Microsoft prefers not to remove major distributors since they benefit more from market share than from small payments per download. Running the leaked ISO isn't strictly illegal, but it's not really considered legal either. If you receive a takedown notice, your chances of success are low. You didn’t get the file through proper channels and you definitely lack permission from copyright holders. It’s unlikely they’ll take action; they might just issue a harsh warning at most.
