Some popular benchmarks include Memtest Prime95 OCCT and AIDA64 memory cache tests. Use these tools to evaluate performance and capture screen captures.

Test HIGHFPS GAMES as well. Similar to game menus with hundreds of FPS per second. Use High Frequency Data paths (setup games for 120fps-200fps) and play games at even higher FPS throughout the week. You can maintain stable benchmarks but not game stability because bench tests don’t reflect GPU temperatures like HighHertz Gaming will simulate GPU heat, increasing PC temperature and affecting RAM stability. Test stability with GPU heat included for more realistic results.
