Someone might be experiencing discrepancies because logging in to Speedtest.net can limit your connection speed due to network restrictions or account settings, while logging out removes those constraints, revealing your true maximum bandwidth.

I would modify those speed test outcomes since they reveal your public IP address.

You seem to be linked to multiple servers. Speedtest typically picks you up automatically, either near you or at the fastest location. I personally prefer not using Speedtest because it only displays peak and low-speed results, not real-world usage. As long as your regular internet performance is satisfactory, you should be okay.

Testing on both servers is fine. The IP address isn't a critical detail like a password.

My IP address shifts each time I power off and restart my router, though I made sure to update the files.

Observed that during the initial test you were linked to Vodafone in Chennai, whereas the second test connected you to Airtel in Bangalore. Consider performing a speed test again while logged in, this time using the Airtel server in Bangalore as it showed the highest speeds.

It looks like they expanded the server network, and it has always been linked to Chennai until recently. I’ve seen data going back to 2012.
