I own a Ryzen 7 2700 processor, an RX 580 with 8GB of VRAM, and 16GB of DDR4 RAM clocked at 2333MHz. I have several hard drives. My system includes a 240GB WD Blue SSD where I’m storing my games and Windows, but performance is extremely poor – experiencing significant stuttering from 120 frames per second down to zero, and Windows 10 Pro is running very sluggishly. I need assistance.

I purchased the Rams secondhand without sufficient knowledge of their speeds and specifications, and could the lagging be due to this or the hard drives?
