I’m still running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I noticed updates available for Windows 10, but I’m worried… What if I don’t want them?

You have 30 days to go back to your earlier Windows 7 or 8.1 setup, provided you keep the previous installation folder intact (Windows.old).

You can revert changes if you dislike them, but this feature is only accessible during the initial month of using Windows 10.

You have 30 days left. I was affected until last week. The update improved performance and speed—really likes it! Just be sure to run all privacy-blocking tools if you want that kind of setup.

You're noticing some differences between Windows 10 and Windows 7 Pro. While Windows 10 offers improvements over older versions like 8.1, it does have some quirks—like the Alt+Tab shortcut not always jumping to the desktop unless you adjust settings. Your Windows 7 Pro experience might feel more familiar, but it’s worth exploring if you want a smoother workflow.

I rely on Windows 10 while my dad runs Windows 7, which makes me long for the stability of Windows 10 during his sessions. My choice is clear—yes, I support it.

Visit https://ninite.com/ and get the classic start menu version (available under utilities). It appears more polished and functions just like Windows 7’s boot screen. This is how it looks on my computer: http://imgur.com/gallery/krY4J6w/new Also, if you’re not comfortable with all the security issues in Windows 10, Ultimate Windows Tweaker (http://www.thewindowsclub.com/ultimate-w...windows-10) lets you turn off the monitoring and data collection features Microsoft employs.
