The temperatures are manageable for a processor with many cores, though the new AIO cooler might generate some noise. When setting up the radiator, avoid placing the liquid passages on top; in sealed AIO systems, a small air pocket inside the pump usually rises to the surface. The noise I'm talking about is the fans, which appear to increase to around 1900 RPM. Regarding the radiator mounting, what does it look like?
Radiator setup appears acceptable. If fans become noisy near 1900 RPM, adjust their curves in the BIOS. A slight increase in temperature is expected, but 80°C is fine for a 5800x. Since temperatures stay around 80°C, PBO isn't necessary. I'm referencing a discussion about the 5800x overheating. You may experiment with PBO after following the under-volting instructions in the earlier post. It's likely you'll get better performance with less voltage, allowing the CPU to run hotter while maintaining similar temps. Just to verify, the radiator fans are intake and aligned similarly to the rear fan?
For the installation, placing it on top of the case would work better. Alternatively, flipping it could position the hoses at the bottom, though there might not be sufficient room.
