This behavior is typical for Cinebench R24. It doesn't display a box per core as older versions did. All your processing units are functioning properly. During the test, open TaskManager to verify each core is operating at full capacity.

This approach isn't appealing to me since viewing a single box per core feels much more rewarding.

That's impressive! I've never seen someone run dual Xeons with such high performance. It's exciting to see how they handle Cinebench after tuning.

Looks like performance drops more when testing. CPU usage is roughly 20-25W higher on R23.
