This setup uses OptiFine fully enabled with maximum performance, running on a system with 23GB of RAM. The high memory consumption stems from the Java-based architecture and the need to store extensive data.

It really looks great in Minecraft, though I think it's odd you're using a high-res pack that mimics the basic 16x16 style. Maybe it's better to stick with the standard textures for smoother performance.

Awesome! I believed my project was flawed. I'm working with fabric mod manager and API, optifine integrated, optifabric in use, sildur shaders, and a 256 texture pack. Ambient sound and reverb are also set up.

Many folks think it's strange, but a lot of people notice how highly realistic these packs are. Even though they seem perfect, the cubes still feel off. I hope everyone grasps my point.

That's the x256 pack you're employing? What's the reason behind it?

Your game isn't terrible at all.

- Can we explore other options?
- What if we tried something different?
- Let's think of a fresh approach.
- Are there other ways to look at this?
- How about we brainstorm more?

Sure thing, but kept it simple. The x256 pack was chosen to match the original game closely, using the same textures you like. The x128 version is lighter and gives a more cartoonish feel with just one pack or the vanilla version for a standard look. You can find more details here: https://bdcraft.net/

It hasn't been a while since I've played, and it doesn't seem like much is missing. How does a game with tons of shaders stack up against something like MCTX?
