I upgraded from a 770 to my 1080 Ti and was really enjoying the performance, but then I encountered Wildlands. Is it typical for Wildlands to be more demanding than other games? It’s not a big deal—things are fine, though I was surprised to see FPS drop into the high 30s when everything else hit 75 (monitor limit). I’m not complaining because I pushed everything to its limit, but I’m curious if this game is particularly tough. Any tips on what to skip first? Are there specific settings or optimizations that help?
It's a Ubisoft third-person open world title... those really test CPU power. A quad-core chip will definitely struggle when I try to run a demanding game like AC Origins in the heart of Alexandria—it really pushes its limits.
