Your setup is handling high performance workloads well. The I7 14700K with the Arctic Freezer 360 AIO and Corsair 3000D case should manage gaming loads smoothly, keeping temperatures in check. CPU temps around the high 80s and even 100°C are typical under heavy stress but usually within safe limits unless you're pushing it excessively. Monitor temperatures closely and ensure proper airflow to maintain stability.

Avoid running your CPU at high temperatures over time. Ensure adequate airflow inside your case. What kind of fans do you have? Because you invested in a K-SKU CPU, adjust its voltage slightly—it’s built for that specific setup. Reduce the Vcore a bit to assist with heat management.

Did you adjust the Intel ILM for a contact frame? I'm currently in a chat with a YouTuber using a Freezer 240 on a 14700K. I'd like to know the CPU temperature at which RPM changes when running Cinebench R23 (RGB or no RGB fan)? Edited December 24, 2023 by leclod

The 360 is installed at the front, featuring three RGB intake fans and one exhaust fan at the rear.

I haven't adjusted the mounting bracket... in Cinebench with fans running at full speed (1900rpm), it stays between 95-100°C constantly. I'm using the RGB version. No changes made to CPU voltages.

In games such as CS2, performance can vary between 80-90°C and occasionally reach higher temperatures.

Check if there are any suggestions for an ILM bracket.

Idle is typical during that temperature range of 30 to 40°C.

I checked the bios abit and saw the Remove all limits 90c setting, and I'm currently trying it out... in cinebench it reaches the 90c cap while fans run at full capacity, but the score drops only slightly compared to the 100c limit.

Reaching 90 out of 100 shows a noticeable boost. The small exhaust fan could benefit from extra help. Adding an upper exhaust fan might improve air movement. Thermal Grizzly offers quality options https://a.co/d/anrvIUg
