To boost your FPS, lower the Resolution Scaling. I managed to play smoothly on an HD4000 while preparing for my 780.

At 720p the console runs smoothly with the HD4600 at 30fps on 1080p. It doesn’t need an APU. Not everyone is interested in playing on PC.

I just bought a gaming PC for $500, same price as Xbone back then, and it runs F4 nonstop. It’s crazy how much they charge for such a basic build.
