Wow, that really stands out. My old Mac is nowhere near that performance.
It's not the computer itself causing issues, trust me. When I stay still I see 40 frames per second, but when I move it freezes. With that old machine I had to enable OptiFine and stick to the minimum settings to reach 40... And Rainbow Six Siege runs about 99% on my CPU during gameplay, yet I experience smooth performance.
If nothing appears, click right-click on the desktop and select Graphics Settings (like Radeon Manager if you don’t know). Then you should see options to pick the GPU for running an app. If the game isn’t listed, look for a setting that lets everything run via the GPU—this is usually better since your CPU will overheat more.
The issue isn't the PC; it should operate smoothly at over 100fps without any adjustments. It might relate to Windows 10.
