I started Prime95 and observed that my "3 month" 9600k 4.9ghz @ 1.39 MHz drops to lower MHz ranges (3.1, 3.2, 3.3 GHz) when it gets hot (80-90°C) with the Dark Rock Pro4. I reset everything to default and re-applied my OC, but it no longer stays stable. Did something damage the CPU?

Reset the CMOS and then attempt stock. Does this issue appear only during the stress test?

I have a -2 AVX offset. It appears only during benchmarking (cinebench, prime95), and I haven't started any games yet. I'll attempt a CMOS reset. Edit: it also occurs in demanding games after some time.
