Running AMD FX 8320 at overclocked settings using MSI Gaming 970
Hi guys, I'm trying to adjust the settings on my AMD FX 8320. I'm currently at 1.472V with 4.4ghz and it's running stably. I remember from Intel burn test stable that higher voltages are better for pushing performance, but Aida 64 stable works at lower voltages. Should I stick to the lower voltage setting or go back to Intel burn test stable?
Never crashes or has any other issues when using the computer normally, but during gameplay you won't be able to distinguish between CPU speeds of 4.2GHz and 4.4GHz. If you're concerned about voltages and stability, simply reduce it to 4.2 and adjust the voltage accordingly
