It's surprising how the FX 6350 can achieve such high minimum frames compared to DX12. That performance is remarkable since even older systems struggled with under 30 FPS. It seems you need a very outdated setup to run the game smoothly.

Absolutely, strong equipment matters, yet skilled programmers play a bigger role (and yes, physical strength can be a factor too).
