Typically these are simple phishing attempts. HOWEVER: Is this genuine?

It seems questionable since the link points to secure.runsecape.com-login.ws rather than a legitimate site like runescape.com.

The link appears suspicious and has spelling mistakes. Regarding your question, many people still enjoy playing RS.

I looked at my account page and everything looks fine. I mostly play RS, but not often.

Common phishing attempts are becoming more sophisticated. I noticed emails pretending to be from "Blizzard" that look convincing. It seems attackers are using subtle tricks to disguise the real URL, like changing the domain to "runescape.com-login.ws". They’re not trying to hide it at all.

Review the brand registrations at the bottom, what does "RuneScape x" mean? Also, the phrase "we have collected data that you tried to trade" isn't proper English. Plus, they wouldn't have any way of detecting if you're getting money outside the platform—they only see regular transactions. It's clear this is phishing. They'd likely get caught anyway.

It seems like you're describing a situation where someone is facing a potential threat. If this were your concern, reaching out to Runscape via their official support channel would be the best step. Avoid using unsolicited emails.
