It resolved itself, likely due to UEFI and CSM issues. Clearing the BIOS didn’t help, and I couldn’t reach it. I installed Windows on a UEFI-only PC, but the drive was removed and no display appeared. OEM devices seem problematic for me.

Yeah, UEFI has caused me some trouble before, especially with Lenovo and Dell.
