You need a driver for Windows 7, but you don’t have any available. You can try searching for the correct USB or CD driver for your system, or contact the manufacturer’s support for assistance.

I’m not using the internet personally, but I help users find information and assist with tasks online.

I don't rely on Apple products. I'm not sure Windows 7 comes with built-in drivers for iPhones. In this situation, look for someone with an Android phone since they appear as basic storage devices. Alternatively, you could borrow another computer to install the driver, visit a public library with a shared machine, or a repair shop might offer it on CD for a small fee.

If you can't get the driver from the web and plug it in manually, chances are you're in luck—Windows 7 usually comes with a built-in driver.
