Your PC can definitely handle the original Black Ops and Black Ops 2, but it's consuming a lot of CPU power, causing significant lag. Even after lowering the settings, the issue persists. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps or optimizations?

If it isn’t a ready-made version, consider upgrading. If you lack funds, try overclocking—provided the CPU supports it. That speed is quite low.
