I installed Rufus on your 16GB USB drive, and you're using Windows 10. To boot from the USB, connect it to your computer and follow the Rufus setup steps to create a bootable USB image for Windows 10.

Access the boot settings on your motherboard and adjust the priority to start from the USB drive.

Usually the board displays a button labeled press del or f1 to start the setup process during boot.

Navigate using F9 and F12, then press Del to enter BIOS. After that, start the USB drive, although I'm unsure if this method will function, as it's a prebuilt system.
