Consider using ThrottleStop to boost your turbo capabilities. Share a screenshot of the TPL window. Adjust settings - ensure the MMIO Lock option is selected in the top-right corner of the TPL window to manage the 55W dynamic PL1 restriction.

So, I made the changes you requested. The PL1 power is now unrestricted. I ran OCCT to check, but unfortunately it didn’t fix my performance issues. After that, I played games and noticed the CPU is handling more than 55W now—thankfully. However, overall performance remains low for no clear reason. For example, in GTA V and CS:GO, my FPS hasn’t improved much, even though I have an RTX3060 Ti. I still see lower than expected frames, like around 4-600 FPS on Inferno, which is surprising given the hardware. At the end of a PC build test, I saw 600 FPS on Inferno with an RTX3060 i5-10400F, but my results didn’t match. The video quality and resolution settings also seem to be a factor.
