Hello everyone. I just bought the components for a new computer and put it together. After installing Windows, my GPU only reached 405mhz. Updating the drivers resolved that issue. The remaining problem is that it either crashes or doesn’t boot at all when connected to the display. All my drivers are current, and I’ve been trying to fix it for hours over the past day. I’m hoping someone here can help! My GPU model is an Asus DUAL RTX 4070.

There might be an issue with the GPU. If possible, send back your 4070 and purchase another one.

Sure, I just attempted to start it and it brought up the recovery options.
