Current setup: ASUS TUF B550M-PLUS Wi-Fi board with a 750W PSU and Gigabyte components.
New GPU planned: RTX 4070 AERO OC from Gigabyte, replacing the RX6600XT.
Previous components: Corsair 4000D airflow case, MSE bronze cooler, and an older RX6600XT.
Issue: No display appears on the screen despite working fans and RGB. I've tried various fixes—changing PCIe slot, updating BIOS, installing drivers, resetting CMOS with NVIDIA driver—but nothing works. The old GPU still functions properly.
