So I just installed my new computer and everything seems to be working fine. The BIOS is current, all graphics and Windows are updated with the latest drivers and patches. I even upgraded the firmware on my Samsung 990 Pros to address performance issues—fortunately, I didn’t encounter any problems. However, I noticed my PC would stutter and experience frame drops not only during games but also while navigating settings or browsing the internet after using the Samsung Magician tool to check my SSD health. After uninstalling it, the problem continued. I’m running Windows 11 Pro with these specs: z690 Hero motherboard, 64 GB RAM, 5200 MHz CPU, two Samsung 990 Pros (2TB each), a 10TB WD black internal HDD, 3070 MHz processor, and an i913900 K-series graphics card. I’ve checked all known causes and still can’t pinpoint the issue. My background processes are minimal—just the launchers I used for games and Discord. I tried closing everything except what was necessary, but I haven’t had to manage resources before. There was one strange crash or error message that appeared while watching TikTok; it said my GPU crashed, though the actual problem started earlier. I didn’t expect this to last, so I didn’t look up the error code or save a screenshot. If you have more details, please share—I’m not very skilled at troubleshooting and hope you can help! Thank you!

Are you referring to 13900k and LGA1700? Stuttering can stem from various issues. It might be due to a low temperature situation (like partially blocked fans on the graphics card) or background processes running malware, a weak power supply unit, or many other factors. Diagnosing it is quite challenging.
