I've experienced low frame rates and high GPU usage in several recent games. My GPU utilization rarely exceeds 50% most of the time, even though I've tried all possible solutions. I've increased the fan speed to check for overheating, but nothing changes. I've also lowered all settings to their minimum without success. Right now, I'm considering upgrading to a better graphics card—something better than the 3070, since it struggles even with simple games. If anyone knows a fix, please let me know.

Low frame rates indicate I see 300+ frames per second in the LEGO Star Wars menus and only 20fps while playing. The rate isn't steady—it drops to 20 on some planets and areas, sometimes starting at 20 then falling again. It can jump back up to 20fps when loading more content, but if it keeps dropping continuously, it might settle at 60fps. It seems 20 fps is quite low. Psu probably isn't the problem. Consider running DDU in safe mode (follow the instructions in the program—it's clearly explained). That should be your best option right now.
