I'm using a gigabyte x570 ixTX board with a Ryzen 3700X. My system runs a Phanteks Evolv Shift, but the riser cable uses PCIe Gen 3. I've set the BIOS to Gen3 in Aorus and tried installing NVIDIA drivers from GeForce Experience as well as downloading them manually. The installation keeps crashing the PC mid-install and leaving a 43 error in Device Manager. After checking the GPU driver version in GPU-Z, it shows the driver is up to date, but the NVIDIA Control Panel isn't visible. I also updated the BIOS to F35 and still face these issues. My GPU worked fine before, but now I get freezes and crashes during games. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the feedback, that worked well. I tried it on my wife's PC and it functioned properly, then tested it on my original setup without the riser card. It seems the issue was with the bent cable from two years ago—maybe a new riser cable would help. Appreciate the support!
