I installed the 3070 after clearing drivers with DDU, and the new ones are ready for installation. However, when I power on the PC with the 3070 inside and my old 1650, nothing appears except fans and lights. I've tried various fixes like switching the PCI cable, resetting the CMOS battery, but I don't know what else to do.

B560 tomahawk WiFi I5 10400f with RTX 3070 and Noctua nhu 12 redux. 16 GB Corsair vengeance lpx 3000mhz. 120 GB Kingston A120 WD blue SSD, 500 GB WD 1 tb SSD. PSU 750W Evga BQ. Note: possibly the black SSD isn't working, which could be an issue.

I replaced the old power supply and now notice a black screen when you move your mouse, but I’m not clear on the next steps.

Turned on the PC and checked the BIOS, but no response. You have a replacement drive available—consider swapping it in and installing a new Windows setup to test for corruption. Think about other possible causes if this isn’t a hardware issue.
