I've been facing issues with my Nvidia Rtx 3060 Rog Strix lately. The frame rates are extremely low, causing noticeable jitter and stuttering. I've tried almost everything for over a year. Using Process Lasso helped a bit. I'm unsure if the problem lies with my monitor or if the motherboard is failing. Regarding temperatures, the CPU reached up to 80°C, while GPU temps stayed around 60°C. Another thought is the power supply, but I have no idea what's causing it. I've tested restarting the PC, updating BIOS, installing a driver, using GPU Driver Easy, and checked specs, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. I'm also considering an SSD and HDD setup.
What's going on? Are they joking around or messing with us? There might be some issues on the inside, but unless the 3060 isn't working, you should see smooth performance at 1080p.
I'm not really comfortable with overclocking, but I hope this could offer some guidance.
Sure thing. If you don’t have any files on your computer, you really need backups on a flash drive or you should reinstall Windows completely. I’ve heard that Windows reset and repair tools often run into problems. This is the most reliable way to get things started. Make sure you install all the drivers. If you’re feeling comfortable, you can use the "display driver uninstaller" to remove all display drivers. I’d go through every brand just to be safe. That would be my first step. Once all three brands are gone, you can then re-download the newest drivers from Nvidia.
Oh wow, I really want to kiss you intensely. The DDU solved my issue. I can’t describe how thrilled I am. May you have a wonderful tomorrow!
