Sure thing! Here’s a revised version of your message:

Hey everyone, to sum it up: I purchased a 3060 on eBay and set it up in my system. Everything worked fine until after about three seconds, when the screen went black. I tried lots of fixes—switching systems, reinstalling drivers, updating BIOS, doing a clean boot, unplugging USB ports, etc. The only thing that helped was installing the latest drivers. Once they loaded, the screen stayed on for a while before going black again. I’m hoping someone can assist me.

Details: My system is an Asrock B550 HDV AM4 with a Ryzen 5 3600, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 650W PSU, and Seasonic 650w PSU. The BIOS version is 2.3, and I’m in Germany for the newest updates.

Consider starting Windows in safe mode to verify the BIOS version of your GPU. Visit the provided link to check the BIOS details. Look for warnings or error code 43 in the Device Manager. If you have an older card, it might work well as a display and you can install the 3060 in another slot. This could be suitable for mining if it supports the right BIOS version. For more guidance, refer to the resources shared.

Another possibility is heat or insufficient power supply. Which PSU do you own? It displays "sea sonic 650," but there are reliable models and some faulty ones available for that size. Additionally, how recent is the unit?

It starts up but shuts down when using Windows, suggesting a software or firmware problem rather than a hardware fault. The system doesn’t power off normally.

You have a 5600g and a dGPU, but only one performs well.
