Looks solid. I think some minor adjustments could bring it down to around sixty.

I rely heavily on the value you receive from a used 2080 Ti; if it matches a new 3070, I’d choose the new one. It’s tough to find a used 2080 Ti priced lower than a 3070, but if available, it’s up to you.

You'd probably prefer a 2080ti if you could afford it, as it's more dependable compared to the 30 series. The 2080ti seems like a better choice right now.
