I received my ISP's router with a 100 Mbps fiber plan, which works well for my needs. However, it seems to slow down local transfers and Wi-Fi speeds on Windows devices compared to Linux. This isn't a Windows problem because I can easily get full speeds on other routers, as well as on Android, TV, and iOS devices. I'm using 5 GHz if you're curious—those are the basic and advanced settings on my router.

Yes, it's a fiber modem with an ONT plus a wireless AP.

It seems the problem could stem from an ineffective system on the ISP router. A typical fix might involve disabling Wi-Fi on the ISP device and switching to a wired Ethernet connection for all devices. View the ISP equipment as merely a fiber modem. More details about the brand and model would help further.
