The performance on Windows appears inconsistent across cores, with some applications working only on single threads and others showing poor utilization even with 4 cores. It seems the game isn't fully optimized for multi-core processing, and getting a consistent frame rate is challenging.

Windows task manager displays overall CPU usage across all threads combined. With four cores, zero multithreading results in a high 25% utilization, suggesting limited core engagement. When multithreading is active, maintaining around 12.5% utilization indicates reliance on a single thread.

The game was designed for a single processor. Operating on four cores is already ideal.

It's quite challenging to run at full capacity, dropping to zero even with pauses. The game sends orders for my units and then restarts! ;P I own 8 treads and there are 2 CPUs per core... It seems the game actually uses just one tread across two cores, meaning four logical cores are active? But it only utilizes about 20% of the first one... Why not use more than that?
