The Romanian ISP introduced a new internet service offering up to 2.5 Gb/s for just 10 dollars and 10 Gb for 12 dollars. The first month will be available in Bucharest, then gradually expand to larger cities. My thoughts suggest this could signal a shift in pricing strategies for high-speed connections across the country. It highlights how competition might drive innovation and make faster internet more accessible. I believe this development could inspire further advancements in broadband infrastructure and influence future market expectations.

When you possess 10 GB yet only link to servers at 1000 KB/s, it’s frustrating. Everyone enjoys quick connections, but services can become overwhelmed by the volume of data from faster transfers. Let’s shake things up.

They're likely to offer some ridiculous fairness adjustments or a 10Gbps connection for the first 100GB, then drop to 200Mbit. This has happened many times before...

They charge a lot for just 100 megabits here, huh? It looks great, but I’m worried about whether the storage and servers can handle it

Sure, I figured I landed a solid offer at $10 for 100mbps.

Likely similar to what occurred in India. One firm provides an amazing offer for internet services, and when most people use it, they increase the costs significantly. Because there are no other options, individuals are compelled to accept the higher prices.

I'll share my first speed test results soon. When I'm ready in my area, I'll pick 2.5 Gb. It will cover all my devices—tablet, PC, smartphone—so they run smoothly at full speed. I've had internet from this ISP for nearly 15 years, and the prices are dropping while service quality improves.
