I needed to return my motherboard because it was behaving oddly. It got replaced, but the new one had physical damage. They sent me another unit that didn’t work well. I’m now going through the RMA process again... but I’m feeling less connected to ASUS. I’m thinking about just buying a new board and selling the old one when it comes. If I were planning a lateral move or upgrading to a higher level, which motherboard would you suggest for a 3900x? There are so many choices making it tough to decide.

It's quite unclear... It seemed odd... What happened? Physical effects? Where exactly? Performance didn't meet expectations. Could be similar for the next one. Just a guess.

I believe there was an issue with the SATA setup, causing drives to appear and disappear unexpectedly. There was visible physical damage—like a screw that held the cover for the second M2 drive was completely removed. Your guess seems incorrect. I only inquired about upgrade options. How can you form an opinion from such limited details? Not impressive.
