Is it the VGA indicator or something? We probably can't be certain unless it's labeled. Try one stick at a time. Reseat the GPU and check the RAM connections.

They compiled a useful guide on code readout you might find interesting. My best bet seems it came with an old BIOS—consider checking with a local tech shop to see if they can upgrade it.
