Checking the details? Is it starting up? Any information displayed? Have you attempted to reset the CMOS B360, as it doesn't support coffee lake (9th gen) by default?

The problem was fixed it was the power switch etc connectors It was an upgrade kit so it was upgraded Edit : Maybe it doesn't support since there is not picture, The gpu fans are not spinning

Certainly other problems might exist. Are you seeing varied LED signals? Your specifications weren't included. Is your CPU equipped with built-in graphics?

It is an upgrade pack from here sorry if it's unreadable but the parts should list, and no it's a F processor and hdmi is plugged into GPU

Also what processor do you have? As I mentioned, the B360 doesn't support the 9th generation out of the box in most cases.
