Hello everyone! I'm stuck at 3066Mhz with 1.37v, and even at 1.39v I can't reach 3200Mhz. Should I try to go higher or adjust the timing settings?

if you can, check if there is a bios update for the board.
but i wouldn't really worry, as 2966-3000Mhz is the sweet spot for ryzen anyway, not losing too much there.

did you attempt the ram testing profile the board supports? it's usually the best approach. what ram capacity is listed in the approved list from asus? should it be 4x4gb or 2x8? consider using cpuz and checking the read-out to identify the chips present...

did you try the ram ocing profile the board has?
usually the safest way.
what ram is it? in the list of approved ram from asus?
is it 4x4gb or 2x8?
use something like cpuz and read-out what chips are on it...
I'v tried the d.o.c.p profile settings. 3200Mhz at 1.35v and 16-18-18-38, but I couldn't boot. I'm now running at 3066Mhz and 1.37v).
It's 2x8gb. There is a 2x4gb version on my ram in the ASUS qvl (F4-3200C16D-8GVKB) here
http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/Sock...1510122625
I thought that there will be not much of a difference between them two , so I took the 2x8gb version , because it was the only "ok" 2666 to 3200 kit of ram in my county
I cant find what chips are on it
🙁
Could you please explain ? Googleing couldn't help me neither
🙁
Btw. I'm on the d.o.c.p profile atm , but I have lowered the speed and the voltage to 3066 and 1.37 respectively

Currently at the office, simply visit guru3d.com or search for cpu-z online. It can identify the brand, as certain chips may not function properly with Ryzen... However, it could also be due to the fact that the sticks you possess are dual-sided, unlike the single-sided 4gb stick, which might cause issues.

fry178 :
At work right now, so just go to guru3d.com or google cpu-z.
It can read out the brand, since some chips don't work perfectly with ryzen...
But it might just be that the sticks you have are DualSided (vs the 4gb stick being single sided), that causes trouble.
So here is all the information about the memory from the CPU-Z )
slot 3 is the same as slot 1 in the SPD tab

case 16 is either Hynix or Samsung, so I'd say you're doing okay at 3066. A lot of folks are still stuck at 2666 with those sticks.

Cas 16 is a mix of Hynix and Samsung, so I’d say you’re doing okay at version 3066. A lot of people are still stuck on 2666 with those versions. Oh, it’s nice then :O What memory test software would you recommend to check the stability? I had some crashes on 1.365v (but managed to boot a few times), but switched back to 1.37v. Played Forza Motorsport 2 and there were no issues with the game or the system overall.

It's just one rank, so that shouldn't be a problem.
Check the bios and adjust CR to 2T (from 1).
See if that makes a difference.
Try the next lower clock to possibly reduce voktage.
Use memtest86+ instead of just memtest—it's different.
Burn it to a CD and boot from there.
Run two full tests and watch for errors.
Then perform test 5, 6, and 7 several times each; they're more sensitive to oc.
